Last Stand is the fourth book in the epic science fiction series Black Legion, that tells the thrilling tale of Xenophon and the Ten Thousand Mercenaries.

The Black Legion has vanquished every army and fleet sent against it, no matter the odds. They smashed through the Cilician Gates, ravaged the Khorram shipyards, and even assaulted the Imperial planet of Cunaxa. Their warriors have broken through the walls of an Imperial Palace and even reached within earshot of the God King Artaxerxes.
